Shipping & Returns

Digital Library Membership Cancelation Policy

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period.

You can cancel your Subscription by going to Settings in your account, selecting Cancel under Subscription, and then following the on-screen instructions. You can also cancel by contacting info@swiftbeauty.com.

Recurring Subscriptions: If you select a Service with an auto-renewal feature (“Recurring Subscription”), you authorize Swift Beauty to maintain your account information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the Service you choose with no further action required by you. In the event that Swift Beauty is unable to charge your account as authorized by you when you enrolled in a Recurring Subscription, Swift Beauty, may, in its sole discretion: (i) bill you for your Service and suspend your access to the Service until payment is received, and/or (ii) seek to update your account information through third-party sources (i.e., your bank or a payment processor) to continue charging your account as authorized by you.

Swift Beauty may change the price for Recurring Subscriptions from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes for Recurring Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use your Recurring Subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your Recurring Subscription before the price change goes into effect. Please, therefore, make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.

 

Shipping & Handling Rates

Our current shipping and handling rates are as follows:

Domestic Orders - shipping is free on all domestic orders. Approximate delivery time is 5-7 business days.

International Orders - Flat Fee of $50 USD. Approximate delivery time 10-15 is business days. Kindly note that you are responsible for all duties and custom fees.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns on US orders received within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. 

We do support international returns, however, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns are simple:

  1. Email info@swiftbeauty.com and request a return label be emailed to you.
  2. Affix the label onto the outside of a box with the product(s) in a securely sealed package.
  3. Drop off the package at a local USPS (for domestic orders) or schedule a DHL pickup for international orders. Be sure to request a shipping receipt. When the package is received at our warehouse, your funds (the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied) will be returned to the original form of payment within 14 days.
