What kind of events are offered?

At present, we have three course offerings for licensed aesthetic practitioners:

A Masterclass on Advanced Injection Therapy. This 3-day comprehensive program covers traditional and advanced skills for both neuromodulator and filler. The agenda features a blend of didactic presentations, hands-on sessions and live injection demonstrations.

Fundamentals in Facial Injection Anatomy with Professor Sebastian Cotofana and Dr. Arthur Swift. This intimate, 2-day cadaver lab takes attendees on an anatomical journey of the face from skin to bone.

Small Group Preceptorships. where attendees visit Dr. Swift in his private clinic. Here, practitioners can experience the power of mentorship during the ultimate 2-day intensive.

Do the events include hands-on experience? If yes, what kind?

It depends on the course offering you have selected. Our 3-day Masterclass includes a breakout session whereby attendees practice injection techniques on silicone implants and artificial skin pads.

Our Anatomy Lab provides even more hands-on experience as attendees inject and dissect the cadaver specimen.

Our preceptorship is our most premium offering and allows for the highest level of program customization. During this intimate training, attendees are able to choose their desired areas of focus and treat patients while being coached by our expert faculty.

What is the required skill level to attend a course?

Our courses are open to all levels of licensed practitioners, including physicians (MDs, DOs), nurses (NPs, RNs, APRNs, FNPs), and physician's assistants (PAs, PA-Cs).

Are events for novice injectors or only for those with years of experience?

Our courses are geared towards advanced practitioners, however, our comprehensive symposiums offer something for all licensed practitioners. Attendees have ranged from those with a budding injection practice to well-seasoned injectors.

Do I need to be a licensed injector to attend your events?

Yes, you must be a licensed injector to attend our events. Our courses are open to all levels of injectors, including physicians (MDs, DOs), nurses (NPs, RNs, APRNs, FNPs), and physician assistants (PAs, PA-Cs).

Do you offer CME credits? How do I claim them?

At present, CME credits are only offered for our live events. Attendees will be given a program booklet with details on how to claim their CME credits. The number of credits included in each course can be found on their respective event pages. For any CME-related questions, please contact our support team.

How can I request a course near me?

How do I register for a course?

Please view our event schedule here and select the course you are interested in attending. Each specific course page will direct you to our ticketing platform where you can purchase a ticket to your desired event. For inquiries or assistance, please contact us

What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration includes all taxes, fees, course materials, and meals during the event. Hotel accommodations are not included, however, we do offer discounted group rates with our partner venues. Should you wish to stay onsite, you will receive the hotel booking details once you register for the course. For questions and/or specific dietary requests, please contact us here

What payment methods are available?

We accept payment from all major credit cards through our ticketing platform, Eventbrite. Should you wish to register by PayPal or check, please contact our support team and a team member will assist you.

Do you offer payment plans?

We are happy to offer flexible payment plans for those who may be interested. Please contact a member of our team for more details

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer group rates for multiple practitioners joining from the same practice. To inquire about group rates, please contact our support team. Please note that colleagues joining from different practices do not qualify for group rates.

What is your refund policy? Are event tickets transferable?

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may defer your registration to a future course date or transfer your registration to a licensed colleague to attend in your absence. Substitution requests may be submitted up to 4 weeks prior to the event date using our support portal. Should the event be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, your registration will automatically apply to a future course date. Please know, deferrals are only possible within each specific course offering, i.e. a Masterclass ticket cannot be deferred to an Anatomy course. Registration transfers are only valid for the specific event date that you initially purchased.

Do you offer scholarships?

We do not offer scholarships at this time.

Are your live courses recorded?

Our live courses are not available in their entirety online. Portions of our live events will be recorded and added to the digital library for your viewing enjoyment.

PLANNING / ATTENDING

Where do I stay while attending a Swift Beauty event?

Swift Beauty partners with local hotels to offer discounted rates for your stay. Please know, accommodations are not included in your registration fee. Guests are welcome to stay at a nearby accommodation of your choice should the chosen venue not work for you. Our partner booking options will be provided to all attendees upon registration. Accommodations range from $250 to $400 USD per night.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we are happy to assist our event attendees with dietary requests. Please contact our event team here so that we may best assist.

What measures do you take to protect against COVID?

All in-person events are in compliance with COVID-19 safety regulations. Should an event be cancelled due to state & local COVID-19 safety measures, all tickets may be applied to a future date. To learn more, please contact our team here.

Can I enroll at any time?

Yes, enrollment is always open at Swift Beauty. To become a member, please visit our Academy page.

Am I licensed to perform clinical treatments on patients after I take your courses?

All attendees must be licensed practitioners to subscribe to our platform. Our courses are not a replacement for an accredited degree, but instead supposed to complement your education and clinical experience.

How can I test a course / do you offer any trials prior to purchasing?

We are happy to offer 1 complementary module for our community to get a sense of the content provided on our platform. Please contact us to request this sample offering.

Can I purchase individual video courses?

At this time, we only offer access to the Academy through a monthly subscription. Courses cannot be purchased individually.

What membership levels/packages are available?

At this time, we only offer one subscription tier which is our Academy Membership. This level unlocks all courses in the digital library. Every month, new modules will be added on a cumulative basis. Each module includes additional tools (Swift Tips and Tricks) to strengthen your practice. To learn more, please visit our Academy page.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your Academy Membership, please visit My Account > Subscription > Cancel. Please know, when you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the videos you purchased until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, please visit us at Swift Beauty and select the “Account” icon in the upper right hand corner. From there, you’ll have access to your Dashboard to change account details and manage subscriptions.

I forgot my username and/or password. How can I login?

If you have a password but have forgotten your username, please login with the email used to register. To reset your password, please visit our password reset page.

How can I make changes to my account information?

To update your information, please visit My Account > Account Details.

Where can I access my order history?

You must log into your account to view your order history. In this section, you will find a tab labeled "Orders" which will list all previous purchases.

Will my credit card information be stored? Is it secure?

For easy billing, your credit card information will be stored with our third-party payment processing partner, Stripe or PayPal. These are extremely secure third party sites that store credit card information for millions of people on thousands of websites throughout the world. For more information on credit card security, please reach out to Stripe or PayPal directly.

How can I add or remove a credit card?

To add or remove a payment method, visit My Account > Subscriptions > Update Card Information.

PLATFORM / COURSES

Which devices are supported?

All devices supporting mobile video can be used to access our courses. Classes can be accessed anywhere from your phone, tablet, or desktop browser. Please note that we do not offer an app for AppleTV or Roku.

Do I get immediate access to the courses after signing up?

All courses are immediately accessible on our Academy page and viewable on multiple devices. Every month, new modules will be released and content from all previous months of enrollment will remain in your digital library.

Can I download courses onto my device?

Downloads are not supported for any content in our digital library.

How much time do I have to watch videos in my library?

You can watch the modules as many times as you'd like as long as your Academy Membership subscription is active.

Can I share a course with a friend or colleague?

Courses can only be shared between Swift Beauty Academy Members.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt of your caliper. To request a return, please contact a member of our team here.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, we will issue your refund within 10 days to your original method of payment.

How do I package my item for return?

To return a Beautiphication™ Caliper, please include the provided shipping label and all original packaging.

I received a damaged item. How can I exchange my caliper?
